Sudeep, Salman Khan on South vs Bollywood debate: ‘It’s a beautiful thing to exchange ideas, collaborate’

Salman is presenting the Kiccha Sudeep-starrer in the Hindi belt. At the event, the two superstars shared their two cents on the current South vs North films debate. While Sudeep appealed to all to not generalise a few hits, Salman said that everyone is trying their best, and there’s no sure shot formula that’s working. Referring to the recent hits KGF 2, RRR and Pushpa, the emcee asked Kiccha Sudeep about the trend of south films doing well at the Hindi box office. He also asked whether the actor feels his film Vikrant Rona too would manage to break records. “I hope it is that way,” he shared with a smile.   Salman Khan  has come forward to present good friend Kichha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona in the Hindi belt. To celebrate their collaboration, the two stars got together on Monday evening. They even shook a leg on the film’s popular song “Ra Ra Rakkamma”. While Sudeep expressed his gratitude towards Salman for coming on board, the latter too had good things to say about the Kannada actor. He mentioned their long association, saying they both have hosted Bigg Boss and worked together in Dabangg 3. Salman also said that Sudeep has acted in Huchcha, while he starred in Tere Naam, both remakes of Sethu. “I have seen his work. He is fantastic. It’s not that I go out of my way to help family and friends. Only if they can help me with outstanding products and films, only then will I lend my support or be a part of it. And they might be thinking I am supporting them, wrong, they are supporting me with great films,” Salman shared.

Liger co-stars Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday are set to grace the couch in the upcoming episode of  Koffee with Karan Season 7 . The makers released the episode’s teaser on Tuesday which shows the two stars partake in an unfiltered chat. The episode will air on Disney+ Hotstar on July 28. We know that Deverakonda was the hot topic between Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor during their recent appearance on Koffee with Karan. In the upcoming episode, host  Karan Johar  won’t leave any chance to tease Deverakonda about the same.

  The pre-release event of Rama Rao On Duty was held in Hyderabad on Sunday night. Nani, Bobby,   Ravi Teja , Divyasha Kaushik, Rajisha Vijayan and Venu Thottempudi among others graced the event. At the event, Teja thanked the cast and crew of  Rama Rao On Duty.  He said, “I worked for the first time with most of the technicians who are associated with this project. Thanks to all of them for giving their best efforts. The film has come out very well, and I am playing a character which I haven’t tried before. The film’s producer Sudhakar is a good friend of mine. 'Salaar': Much-awaited updates revealed

 'Salaar' is back in the news.  Prashanth Neel , who has created a sensation of huge proportions with 'KGF 2', is going to recommence its production works in the third week of May. Prabhas is preparing for the same. Producer Vijay Kiragandur of Hombale Films has stated that about 60% of the production works are yet to be completed. By November this year, they will be wrapped up. Post that, post-production works will be taken up. So far, the release date of the  Prabhas -starrer hasn't been finalized. The film is most likely going to head to theatres in April, May or June 2023. The film's teaser is scheduled to be released later this month. If it doesn't come out this month, it will be released in June. 'Salaar', starring Shruti Haasan as the heroine, has Prithviraj Sukumaran and Jagapathi Babu in key roles.

Chiranjeevi, Naga Chaitanya & Aamir Khan clicked as they promote Laal Singh Chaddha in Hyderabad

  After launching the first poster of Naga Chaitanya from his Hindi debut film Laal Singh Chaddha, megastar Chiranjeevi has unveiled the Telugu trailer of Aamir Khan starrer. Chiranjeevi was papped at the Telugu trailer launch event of the film along with Naga Chaitanya and Aamir Khan in Hyderabad.  One can see, the Megastar poses for photos with Aamir Khan and Chaitanya before heading for a press meet.  Aamir Khan's highly anticipated film Laal Singh Chaddha is only a few weeks away from its release and the audience is extremely excited to know what's in store for them. Previously, Chiranjeevi also launched the poster of 'Rupa', played by Kareena Kapoor Khan.
